Application fields of MQ silicone resin

1.Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive reinforcing and tackifier:

Adjust cohesion, adhesive force, and initial adhesive force;

2.Defoamer field:

Improve the high temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, and foam suppression performance of the defoamer;

3.Silicone rubber reinforcing filler:

Using MQ silicone resin as a reinforcing agent, liquid silicone rubber products have certain mechanical strength and high transmittance, and the rubber compound has good fluidity before vulcanization;

4.Waterproof agent field:

The structure of polysiloxane determines that silicone resin has hydrophobicity, and its contact angle with water is greater than 90 °, which is used as a waterproof material.

5.Cosmetics:

As a surface protective coating film, it can eliminate the sticky feeling of silicone oil, improve smoothness, scratch resistance, and enhance luster;

6.Stripping conditioner for addition molding anti adhesion agent:

Vinyl MQ silicone resin can be used as a stripping regulator for addition molding anti adhesion agents;

7.Release agent field:

Improve the release durability of the release agent, which is more ideal for the release effect of high adhesive resins (such as polyurethane, epoxy resin, etc.);

8.Hydrogenated MQ silicone resin is mainly used as a crosslinking agent for hydrosilylation vulcanized silicone rubber and as a raw material for other modified MQ silicone resins;

MQ has the properties of a mechanical insulator:

2. Good adhesion performance.

3. Good weather resistance, aging resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance.

4. Excellent isolation performance.

5. Excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance, can be used in the temperature environment of -60°C to +300°C.
